5-11 September is ‘Know Your Numbers! Week 2022 – the UK’s biggest blood pressure awareness event. We want everyone to know how to measure their blood pressure at home:

● Manage your blood pressure to beat ‘the silent killer
Home monitoring means checking your blood pressure at home. This is a way for YOU to take control of your health, feel confident, and take the pressure off the NHS simultaneously. It means you can Know Your Numbers! without needing to visit your GP for surgery, and it really can save lives.
High blood pressure can lead to heart at- tacks, strokes and other health problems once you Know Your Numbers! you can get help to bring your blood pressure under control and prevent these health issues.
